胰岛素泵皮下注射与多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗妊娠期糖尿病的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的 研究并对比胰岛素泵皮下注射与多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选取50例妊娠期糖尿病患者,利用Excel函数法分为对照组与试验组,每组25例。对照组实施多次胰岛素皮下注射治疗,试验组实施胰岛素泵皮下注射治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FPG、2h PG及HbA1c水平均明显低于治疗前,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组母婴不良结局发生率4.00%显著低于对照组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相比多次胰岛素皮下注射,胰岛素泵皮下注射治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果更显著,可降低患者血糖水平,改善母婴结局,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study and compare the clinical efficacy of insulin pump subcutaneous injection and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 50 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by Excel function method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received subcutaneous injection of insulin for several times,and the experimental group received subcutaneous injection of insulin pump.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2h PG)and HbA1c levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2h PG and HbAlc in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the test group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcome in experimental group was significantly lower(4.00%)than that in control group(24.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin,subcutaneous injection of insulin pump has a more significant effect in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,which can reduce the blood sugar level of patients and improve the outcome of mothers and infants,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
