自拟盆腔炎汤中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(湿热瘀结证)的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察自拟盆腔炎汤中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(湿热瘀结证)的临床价值。方法 选取110例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(湿热瘀结证)患者,将患者根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组55例。对照组患者采用常规抗炎治疗,研究组患者采用自拟盆腔炎汤中药灌肠治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组中医证候评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清白介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-2指标高于对照组,TNF-α指标低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原及血浆黏度指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原及血浆黏度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自拟盆腔炎汤中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(湿热瘀结证)效果确切,促使疾病转归,改善炎性因子水平,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine enema with self-designed pelvic inflammatory decoction in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(dampness heat stasis syndrome).Methods 110 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(dampness heat stasis syndrome)were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-inflammatory therapy,while the study group was treated with self-designed pelvic inflammatory decoction by enema.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-2 and TNF-α indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difFerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difierences in erythrocyte volume,fibrinogen and plasma viscosity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the erythrocyte volume,fibrinogen and plasma viscosity in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema with self^designed pelvic inflammatory decoction in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(dampness-heat stasis syndrome)is exact,promoting the outcome of the disease and improving the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
