左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床效果及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床效果及安全性。方法选取38例宫颈炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组19例。对照组单独应用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性指标及安全性。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.74%,显著高于对照组的68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-8指标均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,减少不良反应发生率,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis.Methods 38 patients with cervicitis were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 19 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin alone,and the study group was treated with levofloxacin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory indexes and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.74%,significantly higher than that of the control group(68.42%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)indexes between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-6 and IL-8 indexes in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis has definite clinical effect,can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has clinical application value.
