白带常规检验对诊断滴虫性阴道炎的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探究白带常规检验在滴虫性阴道炎(TV)诊断中的临床价值。方法选取100例白带常规检验患者,观察受检者滴虫性阴道炎感染情况。结果100例受检者中55例确诊为TV,总检出率为55.00%。2020年到院进行检验的28例受检者中6例确诊为TV,2021年到院进行检验的37例受检者中19例确诊,2022年到院进行检验的35例受检者中30例确诊,调查年限内TV发病率逐年上升(P<0.05)。55例确诊患者白细胞+++占比(50.91%)最高,阴道清洁度Ⅳ度占比(65.45%)最高。67.27%确诊患者微生物镜检可见大量杂菌分布。结论白带常规检验对明确TV所致毛滴虫、杂菌等微生物定植情况具有积极作用,临床可通过此检验明确TV患者微生态失衡程度,可作为疾病防控的依据。Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis of routine leucorrhea test in the diagnosis of trichomoniasis vaginitis(TV).Methods 100 cases of leucorrhea routine test were selected to observe the infection of trichomoniasis vaginitis.Results Among the 100 subjects,55 cases were diagnosed as TV,with a total detection rate of 55.00%.In 2020,6 of the 28 patients tested in the hospital were diagnosed as TV;in 2021,19 of the 37 patients tested in the hospital;in 2022,30 of the 35 patients tested in the hospital were diagnosed.The incidence of TV increased year by year during the survey period(P<0.05).The proportion of white blood cells+++(50.91%)in 55 confirmed patients was the highest,and the proportion of vaginal cleanliness Ⅳ(65.45%)was the highest.Microscopic examination of 67.27%of confirmed patients showed a large number of miscellaneous bacteria distribution.Conclusion The routine test of leucorrhea plays a positive role in clarifying the colonization situation of Trichomonas,miscellaneous bacteria and other microorganisms caused by TV.The clinical test can be used to clarify the degree of microecological imbalance in patients with TV,which can be used as the basis for disease prevention and control.
