良好沟通技巧及健康教育在妇科门诊护理工作中的运用效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析在妇科门诊护理工作中应用良好沟通技巧及健康教育的效果。方法选取诊治的妇科患者56例,采用随机数表法分为两组,各28例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组同时应用良好沟通技巧及健康教育。比较两组心理状态、治疗依从性和护理满意度情况。结果两组护理前心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组评分均改善,且观察组焦虑、抑郁评分分别(33.21±2.08)分、(35.21±2.64)分,明显低于对照组的(39.33±1.84)分、(41.47±2.77)分(P<0.05)。观察组检查配合度、用药规范性、治疗配合度、知识了解度评分分别为(93.10±2.11)分、(90.47±3.54)分、(95.17±2.04)分、(94.25±2.11)分,均高于对照组的(85.21±1.96)分、(82.19±2.98)分、(86.36±1.86)分、(88.59±2.69)分(P<0.05)。观察组护理的操作、态度、效果及人文关怀评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科门诊护理中实施良好沟通技巧及健康教育,有利于患者心理状态的改善,治疗依从性及护理满意度的提升,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of good communication skills and health education in gynecological outpatient nursing.Methods 56 patients with diagnosis and treatment were selected,and random number tables were divided into two,28 cases each.The control group is used for conventional nursing,and the observation group also applies good communication skills and health education at the same time.Compare the two groups of psychological state,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.Result The two groups of care scores before the psychological status score,the difference was not large(P>0.05);after the care,the two groups of scores improved,and the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group(33.21±2.08),(35.21±2.64)points,(35.21±2.64).It is significantly lower than the(39.33±1.84)points of the control group and(41.47+2.77),and the difference is significant(P<0.05).Observation group inspection cooperation,medication standards,treatment coordination,and knowledge understanding scores are(93.10±2.11)points,(90.47±3.54)points,(95.17±2.04),and(94.25±2.11).In the control group(85.21±1.96),(82.19±2.98)points,(86.36±1.86)points,(88.59±2.69)(P<0.05).The operation,attitudes,effects and humanistic care scores of the observation group are higher than that of the control group(PV0.05).Conclusion The implementation of good communication skills and health education in gynecological outpatient care is conducive to the improvement of patients1 psychological state,improvement of the compliance and nursing satisfaction,and it is worthy of clinical application.
