量化评估策略护理服务对多发性子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切手术患者满意度、康复效果的作用

摘　　要：目的分析量化评估策略护理服务对多发性子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切手术患者满意度、康复效果的作用。方法选取100例多发性子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取量化评估策略护理。对比两组患者并发症发生率、复发率及满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率为400%、复发率为2.00%,较对照组的14.00%,16.00%显著更低(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为94.00%,较对照组的82.00%显著更高(P<0.05)。结论在多发性子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切手术患者中应用量化评估策略护理服务,可降低并发症发生率及复发率,提高患者满意度,康复效果较常规护理更优。Objective To analyze the role of quantitative evaluation of strategic nursing services in patients'satisfaction and rehabilitation after hysteroscopic resection of multiple endometrial polyps.Methods 100 patients with multiple endometrial polyps underwent hysteroscopic electroresection were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing,and the observation group took quantitative evaluation strategy nursing on the basis of the control group.The complication rate,recurrence rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were 4.00%and 2.00%,which were significantly lower than 14.00%and 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that of control group 82.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quantitative evaluation strategy nursing service in patients with multiple endometrial polyps undergoing hysteroscopic electrotomy can reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,improve patient satisfaction,and the rehabilitation effect is better than that of conventional nursing.
