摘 要:该文通过室温拉伸、低温冲击、扫描电镜和透射电镜研究4 mm厚Ti70板材在650℃、850℃热成型后的组织性能。研究表明,650℃热成型后,显微组织是α相+点状β相,平行于轧制方向的层内α相等轴程度不高,层间α相取向明显,组织与原始轧板相比并未发生明显改变;850℃热成型后,组织明显粗化,层内、层间初生α相都是等轴状,β相数量明显增多、纵横比变大及内部有细层片状次生α相析出。热成型后的组织,晶粒尺寸变得粗大,等轴化程度也明显改善,这在一定程度上降低室温强度,并使得塑性性能略有提高;850℃热成型后,晶间纵横比较大的β相、β相内析出的细层片状次生α相使得板材冲击韧性大幅提高,冲击功达到原始轧板的4.4倍。In this paper,the microstructure and properties of 4"mm thick Ti70 sheet after thermoforming at 650℃and 850℃were studied by means of room temperature tension,low-temperature impact,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The results show that after hot forming at 650℃,the microstructure isαphase+pointβphase,the equiaxed degree of intralaminarαphase parallel to the rolling direction is not high,and the orientation of interlaminarαphase is obvious.The microstructure has no obvious change compared with the original rolled plate;after hot forming at 850℃,the microstructure is obviously coarsening,the primaryαphase in the layer and interlayer is equiaxed,the number ofβphase increases obviously,the aspect ratio increases,and there is fine lamellar secondaryαphase precipitation inside.After hot forming,the grain size becomes coarse and the equiaxed degree is obviously improved,which to a certain extent reduces the room temperature strength and slightly improves the plastic properties;after hot forming at 850℃,theβphase with large vertical and transverse ratio between grains and the fine lamellar secondaryαphase precipitated in theβphase greatly improve the impact toughness,and the impact work is 4.4 times higher than that of the original rolled plate.
