摘  要:为提升水泵及水泵站相关业务培训的效率和质量,以南水北调宝应站为原型、以不完全相似比例缩小制作实物模型。在实物模型的基础上配置PLC、Surface、大屏触控演示机等硬件,并开发基于WinCC上位机仿真界面和程序控制仿真机组运行模型,从而实现宝应站模型培训系统的智能仿真,为培养我国南水北调泵站机组运行人员提供新的教学方法。研究结果表明,通过新的培训方式与传统的理论授课方式相比,学员的结业考试成绩提升50%,培训满意度调查满意率提升40%。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of related business training of water pump and pump station,a physical model is made by taking Baoying Station of South-to-North Water Transfer Project as a prototype and shrinking in an incompletely similar proportion.On the basis of the physical model,hardware such as PLC,Surface and large screen touch demonstration machine are configured,and the upper computer simulation interface based on WinCC and program control simulation unit operation model are developed,thus realizing the intelligent simulation of Baoying station model training system and providing a new teaching method for training unit operators of South-to-North Water Transfer Pumping Station in China.The results show that:through the new training method,compared with the traditional theoretical teaching method,the students'graduation examination scores have increased by 50%,and the satisfaction rate of training satisfaction survey has increased by 40%.
