大倾角综采设备选型及关键技术研究

摘　　要：大倾角煤层在我国的西部地区分布较多,大倾角工作面开采设备与普通工作面区别较大,如采用普通三机设备应用于大倾角工作面,带来支架倾倒、采煤机和刮板运输机下滑等问题,严重制约工作面产量和生产效率。笔者根据多年的选型、配套经验,在综采面三机选型、液压支架防倒、采煤机和刮板运输机防滑和工作面安全防护等方面提出相应的解决方案。同时,分享北煤机公司在国内大倾角工作面中的实施案例,为国内矿井类似项目的开展提供参考经验。Large dip-angle coal seams are widely distributed in the western part of China,and the mining equipment of large dip-angle working face is quite different from that of ordinary working face.If the common three-machine equipment is used in large-angle working face,it will bring problems such as support dumping,shearer and scraper conveyor slide,and seriously restrict the output and production efficiency of the working face.According to the experience of type selection and matching for many years,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions in the aspects of type selection of three machines in fully mechanized mining face,anti-collapse of hydraulic support,anti-skid of shearer and scraper conveyor,safety protection of working face,etc.At the same time,the implementation cases of North Coal Machinery Company in domestic large dip-angle working face are shared,which provides reference experience for the development of similar projects in domestic mines.
