摘 要:采用开挖的方式对市政地下给水管道进行修复时,不仅施工周期较长,还会对城市交通造成干扰,为此,提出一种市政地下给水管道非开挖内衬维修技术。在维修前采用超高压水清洗的方式去除管道内衬表面的附着物,利用喷砂处理的方式提高内衬表面的粗糙度;安装树脂纤维软管作为管道内衬修复材料,利用静水压将软管翻转至待修复的管道内;采用常温固化法对软管进行固化,完成对地下给水管道内衬的非开挖维修。应用结果表明,该文研究的维修技术可以在不开挖的条件下,实现对管道内衬功能性缺陷和结构性缺陷的有效修复。When the municipal underground water supply pipeline is repaired by excavation,it will not only take a long construction period,but also cause interference to urban traffic.Therefore,a trenchless lining maintenance technology of municipal underground water supply pipeline is designed.Before maintenance,the attachment of the pipe lining surface is removed by ultra-high pressure water cleaning,and the roughness of the lining surface is improved by sandblasting;resin fiber hose is installed as pipe lining repair material,and the hose is turned into the pipeline to be repaired by hydrostatic pressure;the hose is solidified by room temperature curing method,and the trenchless maintenance of underground water supply pipeline lining is completed.The application results show that the maintenance technology studied in this paper can effectively repair the functional defects and structural defects of pipeline lining without excavation.
