大学女教师教学中的意境美探析

摘　　要：探讨大学女教师教学发展前景问题,分析了女教师教学中三个方面的意境:女教师的教学意境体现了主讲人女性的形象之美、声音之美;对专业知识再创造的感性美和以人为本的课堂教学艺术之美。从中可以看出,女性在感受力和教养学生的德行方面发挥了优势的力量。女教师把医学柔化、美化、诗化,再现悬壶济世之美的灵气,从而给学生以美德的感召。This paper discusses the teaching development prospects of university female lecturers,and analyzes the artistic conception of their teaching from three aspects,namely the beauty of female lecturers’image and voice,their perceptual beauty of professional knowledge recreation,and the beauty of their human-oriented teaching art in the classroom.It can be seen that women play a dominant role in the sensibility and virtues of nurturing students.Female teachers could soften,beautify,and poetize medicine,and reproduce the beautiful aura of practicing medicine in order to help the people,so as to give students moral inspiration.
