化疗对大鼠肺癌模型凝血功能及血管内皮功能的影响与作用原理分析

摘　　要：目的分析化疗对大鼠肺癌模型凝血功能及血管内皮功能的影响与作用原理。方法于2020年1—12月选取60只大鼠,将其随机分为甲组、乙组、丙组,每组20只,乙组与丙组建立为肺癌模型,丙组实施化疗,甲组与乙组均实施生理盐水注射。比较3组干预后的凝血功能以及血管内皮功能。结果甲组APTT、PT、TT比乙组更高,FIB低于乙组,丙组APTT、PT、TT均比其他两组更低,FIB高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组大鼠血浆中VEGF(156.85±8.58)mg/mL比甲组(105.86±8.25)mg/mL更高,差异有统计学意义(t=19.158,P<0.05)。丙组血浆中VEGF含量提升程度高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丙组TLR4和NF-κB p65蛋白表达水平高于甲组以及乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化疗会导致大鼠肺癌模型的凝血功能与血管内皮功能异常,推测与VEGF含量增加有关。Objective To analyze the effect and principle of chemotherapy on coagulation function and vascular endothelial function in rat lung cancer model.Methods Sixty rats from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with 20 rats in each group.Group B and group C were established as lung cancer models,group C was treated with chemotherapy,and group A and group B were treated with saline injection.The blood coagulation function and vascular endothelial function of the three groups after intervention were compared.Results APTT,PT and TT in group A were higher than those in group B,FIB was lower than that in group B,APTT,PT and TT in group C were lower than those in the other two groups,FIB was higher than those in the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VEGF in plasma of rats in group B was(156.85±8.58)mg/mL higher than that in group A(105.86±8.25)mg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.158,P<0.05).The content of VEGF in plasma of group C was significantly higher than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of group C TLR4 and NF-κBp65 protein was significantly higher than that of group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy can lead to abnormal coagulation function and vascular endothelial function in rat lung cancer model,which is speculated to be related to the increase of VEGF content.
