冠心宁片对氟尿嘧啶类药物所致心脏毒性患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析冠心宁片对氟尿嘧啶类药物所致心脏毒性的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年7月期间宁波市第四医院收治的80例结直肠恶性肿瘤患者,通过随机数表法将其分成两组,每组40例。对照组接受5-氟尿嘧啶FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗,同时给予盐酸曲美他嗪片常规保护心脏治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用冠心宁片治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果化疗后,两组患者LVFS对比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.558,P>0.05),观察组LVEDD、LVESD分别为(41.27±5.33)、(30.01±5.38)mm,均明显低于对照组[(47.49±5.51)、(32.97±5.13)mm],差异有统计学意义(t=5.132、2.581,P<0.05),E/A比值、LVEF均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.425、2.493,P<0.05);化疗后,观察组CK-MB、cTnI、BNP均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.169、5.411、7.440,P<0.05)。结论5-氟尿嘧啶FOLFOX4化疗恶性肿瘤患者接受冠心宁片治疗,可以降低心脏毒性,减轻心肌损伤,保护心功能。Objective To analyze the effect of Guanxining tablet on cardiotoxicity caused by fluorouracil.Methods A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Ningbo from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with 5-fluorouracil FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy and trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets for routine cardiac protection.Observation group was additionally treated with Guanxining tablet on the basis of control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After chemotherapy,there was no statistically significant difference in LVFS between the two groups(t=1.558,P>0.05).LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were(41.27±5.33)mm and(30.01±5.38)mm,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(47.49±5.51)mm,(32.97±5.13)mm],the difference was statistically significant(t=5.132,2.581,P<0.05),E/A ratio and LVEF were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.425,2.493,P<0.05);after chemotherapy,CK-MB,cTnI and BNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.169,5.411,7.440,P<0.05).Conclusion 5-fluorouracil FOLFOX4 chemotherapy for malignant tumor patients receiving Guanxuning tablet treatment,can reduce cardiotoxicity,reduce myocardial damage,protect cardiac function.
