摘 要:目的评价EB病毒(epstein-barr virus,EBV)DNA检测结合Th17、Treg细胞在小儿EB病毒感染诊断中的临床意义。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月盐城市第三人民医院儿科收治的50例EB病毒感染患儿为观察组,另选取同期健康体检儿童50名为对照组,比较两组的EBV DNA水平、外周血Treg细胞及Th17细胞百分率,比较初治组与缓解组的EBV DNA水平、外周血Treg细胞、Th17细胞百分率。结果观察组EBV DNA阳性率为88.00%高于对照组的0.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=78.571,P<0.001)。观察组EBV DNA含量、Th17细胞水平均高于对照组,外周血Treg细胞低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。初治组EBV DNA含量、Th17细胞水平均高于缓解组,外周血Treg细胞低于缓解组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EBV DNA结合Th17、Treg细胞监测在小儿EB病毒感染诊断及病情评估中具有积极意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of EBV DNA detection combined with Th17 and Treg cells in the diagnosis of epstein-barr virus infection in children.Methods 50 children with EBV infection admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Yancheng Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group.The EBV DNA level,peripheral blood Treg cells and Th17 cell percentage of the two groups were compared,and the EBV DNA level,peripheral blood Treg cells and Th17 cell percentage of the initial treatment group and the remission group were compared.Results The positive rate of EBV DNA in the observation group was 88.00%higher than that in the control group(0.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=78.571,P<0.001).EBV DNA content and Th17 cell level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and Treg cells in peripheral blood was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).EBV DNA content and Th17 cell level in the initial treatment group were higher than those in the remission group,and Treg cells in peripheral blood were was than that in the remission group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detection of EBV DNA combined with Th17 and Treg cells has positive significance in diagnosis and disease evaluation of Epstein-Barr virus infection in children.
