摘  要:通过阐述骨肉瘤相关调控蛋白与骨肉瘤生长迁移之间的联系,从而探讨针对性治疗骨肉瘤的新方向。通过筛选骨肉瘤生长侵袭中相关通路中具有高表达的蛋白,从而研究对比增强或抑制骨肉瘤生长侵袭作用的相关蛋白。目前发现,生存素、TRIM35蛋白、Neurensin-2蛋白能够强烈促进骨肉瘤的生长侵袭,LATS2蛋白能够抑制骨肉瘤的生长侵袭。在骨肉瘤生长侵袭的研究进展中发现了许多促进肿瘤生长的信号通路,其中一些特异性蛋白在骨肉瘤的发生发展中作用都很强烈,通过研究其特异性蛋白标志物和能够影响其发生发展的主要信号通路并进行实验验证,从而找出更好更新颖的治疗骨肉瘤的方法。The relationship between osteosarcoma related regulatory proteins and the growth and migration of osteosarcoma was elucidated to explore a new direction for targeted treatment of osteosarcoma.By screening the proteins with high expression in the relevant pathways of growth and invasion of osteosarcoma,the related proteins that enhance or inhibit the growth and invasion of osteosarcoma were studied and compared.It has been found that survivin TRIM35 protein and Neurensin-2 protein can strongly promote the growth and invasion of osteosarcoma,and LATS2 protein can inhibit the growth and invasion of osteosarcoma.In the progress of research on the growth and invasion of osteosarcoma,many signaling pathways have been found to promote tumor growth.Some of these specific proteins play a strong role in the development of osteosarcoma.By studying the specific protein markers and the main signaling pathways that can affect the development of osteosarcoma and conducting experimental verification,a better and more novel method for the treatment of osteosarcoma was found.
