摘 要:受鼓励新能源开发与利用的政策推动,我国风电产业得到长足发展,海上风电技术和装机容量同步提升,不仅实现了风能的高效利用,也在一定程度上提高了我国电力生产能力,但是风电接入问题也随之而来,风电并入总电网会对系统等效惯量造成一定的负面影响。文章围绕海上风电经柔直接入受端系统频率稳定控制展开论述,从多角度探索行之有效的策略方法,希望能够为海上风电的开发利用提供一些帮助,促进能源结构升级。Under the situation that the national energy department of China constantly calls for and encourages the development and utilization of new energy,China’s wind power industry has made great progress,Offshore wind power technology and installed capacity have been increased simultaneously,Not only realizes the efficient utilization of wind energy,Also to a certain extent,improve China’s electric power production capacity,But wind power access problem has followed,Because wind power is integrated into the main grid,It will have a certain negative impact on the system equivalent inertia,This paper will focus on the frequency stability control of the flexible direct access end system of offshore wind power,Exploring effective strategic methods from multiple perspectives,Hope to provide some help for the development and utilization of offshore wind power,We will upgrade the energy mix.
