摘 要:随着高比例新能源电力系统不断发展,研究有效应对新能源随机性、波动性的电网调度运行策略具有重要意义。文章对当前新型电力系统实际调度运行中的问题进行分析,并研究适应新能源发展形势的电网调度运行策略,提出以电网安全稳定运行为底线、考虑新能源场站发电能力、响应性能、运行经济性和网架结构的区域电网新能源调度控制策略,以提升电网运行可靠性,促进新能源消纳。With the continuous development of high ratio new energy power system,it is important to study the grid dispatching and operation strategy that can effectively cope with the randomness and fluctuation of new energy.This paper analyzes the problems in the actual dispatching operation of the new power system and studies the dispatching operation strategy to adapt to the development situation of new energy.And this paper proposes a dispatching control strategy of regional grid containing high percentage of new energy with the safe and stable operation of the grid as the bottom line,taking into account the power generation capacity,response performance,operation economy and grid construction.The goal of the strategy is to improve the reliability of grid operation and promote the consumption of new energy.
