摘 要:驮背运输整合了铁路与公路运输优势,是加强“公转铁”全程物流服务的重要形式,也是践行绿色低碳发展理念,实现我国“双碳”目标的重要抓手之一。借鉴国外发展经验,剖析我国驮背运输制约因素,展望驮背运输发展前景,提出运输组织模式和经营模式,研究驮背运输货源特征、空间分布和潜在市场需求,重点运用OD预测技术,预测主要货源地间驮背运输OD运量,提出主要通道驮背列车开行方案,助力我国驮背运输有序发展。Piggyback transportation integrates the advantages of railway and highway,and is an important form to strengthen the whole-process logistics service of promoting the freight traffic flow from roads to railways.It is also one of the key points to practice the concept of low-carbon development and achieve the goal of"carbon peaking carbon neutrality"in China.Drawing on the development experience of foreign countries,analyzing the restrictive factors of piggyback transportation in China,looking forward to the development prospects of piggyback transportation,we put forward the transport organization mode and business model of piggyback transportation,analyze the cargo characteristics,spatial distribution and potential market demand of piggyback transportation.Using the OD prediction technology,we forecast the OD traffic volume of main cargo districts and put forward the piggyback train operation plan of the main channel,hoping to help the orderly development of piggyback transportation in China.
