摘 要:为了明晰西溪河南充市区段浮游植物与底栖动物的情况,开展该区段的水质生物评价,本研究在枯水季节调查了该区段的水体理化指标以及浮游植物和底栖动物群落组成。结果显示:调查区域氨氮(0.85 mg·L^(-1))、总磷(0.18 mg·L^(-1))平均含量偏高。浮游植物共鉴定6门29属,以硅藻门(Bacillariophyta)为主,优势类群包括直链藻属(Melosira)、针杆藻属(Synedra)和舟形藻属(Navicula)等;底栖动物共鉴定出4纲12种,以腹足纲(Gastropoda)和双壳纲(Bivalvia)为主,优势种包括方格短沟蜷(Semisulcospira cancellata)、秀丽白虾(Exopalaemon modestus)和河蚬(Corbicula fluminea)等。基于浮游植物和底栖动物评价指标,郊区样点S1、S2水质评价为寡污染状态,城市排污口附近样点S4水质为α中污染-重污染状态,沿河植被丰富的样点S3、S5水质为清洁状态。To clarify the recent situation of phytoplankton and macro-invertebrates of Xixihe River(Nanchong section)and carry out the ecological evaluation of water quality in this area,this study has investigated the physical and chemical indicators of its water and the community composition of phytoplankton and macro-invertebrates.The results show as follows:the average content of NH 3-N(0.85 mg·L^(-1))and TP(0.18 mg·L^(-1))are relatively high in the study area;a total of 29 genera of phytoplankton belonging to 6 phyla are identified,among which Bacillariophyta are the dominant groups,and the Melosira,Synedra,and Navicula are the dominant genus;a total of 12 genera of macro-invertebrates belonging to 4 classes are identified,with Gastropoda and Bivalvia as the dominant groups,and Semisulcospira cancellata,Exopalaemon modestus,and Corbicula fluminea as the dominant species;according to the evaluation index of phytoplankton and macro-invertebrates,the suburb sampling sites S1 and S2 are evaluated to be slightly polluted and sampling site S4 near the city drain outlet are seriously polluted whereas the sampling sites S3 and S5 with rich vegetation along the river are in clean state.
