河南某规模化猪场猪伪狂犬病病毒抗体检测与分析

摘　　要：为了解河南某规模化猪场猪伪狂犬病免疫程序的合理性和免疫效果,采用ELISA方法对该猪场235份血清样品进行PRV-gB、PRV-gE抗体检测与分析。结果显示:母猪、公猪以及20周龄的猪PRV-gB抗体阳性率为100%,10周龄猪为26.32%,其它周龄在81.81~94.44%之间;10周龄猪的PRV-gB抗体离散度最高为76.15%,20周龄猪最低为12.43%,其它周龄在15.08~64.53%之间。公猪PRV-gE抗体阳性率为11.11%,1~2胎母猪阳性率为2.94%,20周龄的猪阳性率高达30%。该猪场整体免疫效果较好,但抗体离散度差异大,不同阶段猪群整体抗体水平不太稳定,猪场存在野毒感染的情况。因此,该猪场应结合抗体检测结果及时调整免疫程序,提高免疫效果。In order to understand the rationality and immune effect of pseudorabies immunization program in a large-scale pig farm in Henan province,PRV-gB and PRV-gE antibodies were detected and analyzed by ELISA in 235 serum samples from the farm.The results showed that the positive rate of PRV-gB antibody in sows,boars and 20 weeks of age was 100%,26.32%in 10 weeks of age and the other weeks of age ranged from 81.81 to 94.44%.The highest dispersion of PRV-gB antibody was 76.15%at 10 weeks of age,the lowest was 12.43%at 20 weeks of age,and the other weeks of age ranged from 15.08 to 64.53%.The positive rate of PRV-gE antibody was 11.11%in boars,2.94%in sows of one to two paraphernals,and 30%in pigs of 20 weeks of age.The overall immune effect of the pig farm was good,but the antibody dispersion degree varied greatly,the overall antibody level of pigs in different stages was not stable,and there was still wild virus infection in the pig farm.Therefore,the pig farm should timely adjust the immunization program based on the antibody detection results to improve the immune effect.
