早期强化疼痛护理联合康复训练对创伤骨科急诊患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究早期强化疼痛护理联合康复训练对创伤骨科急诊患者的效果。方法:选取我院2020年1月-2021年1月就诊的创伤骨科急诊患者76例,随机分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例)。对照组行普通康复护理,观察组行早期强化疼痛护理联合康复训练。比较2组的疼痛效果和卧床时间、住院时间、创伤愈合时间和患者的睡眠质量、生活质量及护理满意程度。结果:观察组患者的疼痛缓解效果优于对照组;观察组患者的卧床时间、住院时间和创伤愈合时间少于对照组;观察组的生活质量水平优于对照组;观察组睡眠质量优于对照组;观察组满意程度高于对照组。以上数据均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期强化疼痛护理联合康复训练能减少疼痛,减少卧床时间、住院时间和创伤愈合时间,改善睡眠质量,提高患者的生活水平及护理满意程度。Objective:To explore the effect of early intensive pain care combined with rehabilitation training on trauma orthopedic emergency patients.Methods:A total of 76 trauma orthopedic emergency patients who came to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 38 For example,there were 38 cases in the study group.The control group received general rehabilitation nursing,and the study group received early intensive pain nursing combined with rehabilitation training.The pain effect,time in bed,hospital stay,wound healing time,sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain effect of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group;the bed rest time,hospitalization time and wound healing time of the patients in the study group were less than those in the control group;the quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group;the sleep quality in the study group was better than that in the control group;The satisfaction degree of the research group was higher than that of the control group.The above data are all statistically significant.Conclusion:Early intensive pain combined with rehabilitation training can reduce pain,reduce bed rest time,hospitalization time and wound healing time,improve sleep quality,and improve patients'living standards and nursing satisfaction.
