康复护理对老年人腰椎压缩骨折疼痛及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析腰椎压缩骨折疾病特点、老年患者护理需求,评价康复护理干预对患者疼痛改善等方面的积极影响。方法:选择我院骨科2019年3月-2020年6月收治的120例老年腰椎压缩骨折患者,按照1:1比例法进行对照组与观察组分组护理。对照组(60例)老年患者采取骨科常规护理,观察组(60例)老年患者配合康复护理干预,比较2组患者的整体护理效果。结果:组间护理后疼痛分级情况比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05;组间生活质量参考世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life-brief,WHOQL-BREF)评估,观察组患者的总体感觉、生理领域、心理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05;组间护理满意度比较,观察组总满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,P<0.05。结论:老年腰椎压缩骨折疼痛主诉强烈,进而影响生活质量。常规护理配合康复护理干预满足患者护理需求,可以减轻患者疼痛、提升患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the disease characteristics of lumbar compression fracture and nursing needs of elderly patients,and to evaluate the positive impact of rehabilitation nursing intervention on pain improvement.Methods:120 elderly patients with lumbar compression fractures in the orthopedics department of our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected.After the review and approval of the ethics committee,they were divided into groups according to the 1:1 ratio method.60 elderly patients in the control group received routine orthopedic nursing,and 60 elderly patients in the observation group cooperated with rehabilitation nursing intervention and informed consent.The overall nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain grading of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);According to the World Health Organization Quality of life brief(who ql-BREF),the scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The comparison of nursing satisfaction between groups showed that the total satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group(75.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly patients with lumbar compression fracture have strong complaints of pain,which may affect their quality of life.Routine nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention to meet patients'nursing needs can reduce patients'pain and improve their quality of life.
