摘　　要：考虑造价全过程管理对建筑施工企业做好成本控制、提高盈利能力的重要性,分析建筑施工企业全过程造价管理的工作内容,提出投标、施工及竣工结算各阶段造价管理工作的具体措施,助力企业通过造价管理实现项目盈利。The whole process management of construction enterprise cost work is of great significance for enterprises to effectively contributes to cost control,improve profitability and competitiveness. This paper aims at the problems existing in the cost work of construction enterprises,analyzing the main work points of the whole process cost work of construction enterprises,put forward some concrete measures for the management of the cost work in the bidding stage,construction stage and completion settlement stage of the project.
