摘　　要：目的 分析早期康复护理对乳腺癌患者术后淋巴水肿的影响,为提高其临床疗效提供帮助。方法 选取2019年7月—2020年6月滕州市中心人民医院收治的乳腺癌患者100例进行研究,随机分为研究组和对照组各50例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上行早期康复护理。比较两组护理后淋巴水肿情况及生活质量评分。结果 研究组术后7、30、90 d上肢体积增加水平分别为(334.45±9.20)、(362.78±11.42)、(468.52±10.25)mm^(3),均低于对照组的(360.52±10.45)、(416.85±12.53)、(508.63±10.25)mm^(3);研究组生理、心理、运动功能评分分别为(82.52±2.42)、(80.52±2.46)、(81.52±2.68)分,均高于对照组的(65.20±2.96)、(73.52±2.14)、(70.52±2.03)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期康复护理能够有效预防术后淋巴水肿情况的发生,且针对已出现水肿的患者,还可促进患者上肢肢体功能的恢复,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative lymphedema in patients with breast cancer,and to provide help for improving its clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 100 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to Tengzhou Central People’s Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020were selected for study,and randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. The lymphedema and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results The increase of upper limb volume in the study group was(334.45±9.20),(362.78±11.42)and(468.52±10.25)mm^(3)respectively on the 7,30 and 90 days after operation,which were lower than those in the control group wtih(360.52 ±10.45),(416.85 ±12.53)and(508.63 ±10.25) mm^(3);the scores of physiological,psychological and motor functions in the study group were(82.52±2.42),(80.52±2.46)and(81.52±2.68)points respectively,which were higher than those in the control group with(65.20 ±2.96),(73.52 ±2.14) and(70.52 ±2.03) points,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing could effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative lymphedema,and for patients with edema,it could also promote the recovery of upper limb function and improve the quality of life of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
