摘　　要：《杂病源流犀烛》为清代的一部探析中医证治源流的杰出专著,也是沈金鳌临床心得总结,共三十卷,分别从脏腑、奇经八脉、六淫、内伤外感、面部、身形六门的证治、理、法、方、药进行了深入阐析,其中有大量关于肿瘤及其类证的论述,为临床许多针对性效验治法提供了丰富的学术依据和坚实的基础。此文分别从深入解析病因病机、详细描述证候特点、综合提出治则治法、巧用经验方药重视外治、重视药量炮制引经有法5个方面内容试对其论治特点进行探析,对其针对肿瘤的相关学术思想进行总结,并为现代肿瘤的中医临床诊疗的发展提供古代医籍参考依据。Zabing Yuanliu Xizhu is an outstanding monograph on the origin of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome treatment in the Qing Dynasty.It is also a summary of Shen jin’ao’s clinical experience.It has a total of 30 volumes,which makes an in-depth analysis on the syndrome treatment,theory,method,prescription and medicine of zang fu organs,eight odd meridians,six yin,internal injury and external sensation,face and body shape,including a large number of discussions on tumor and its syndrome.It provides a rich academic basis and a solid foundation for many targeted and effective clinical treatment methods.This article tries to analyze the characteristics of its treatment from five aspects:in-depth analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis,detailed description of the characteristics of syndromes,comprehensive proposal of treatment principles and methods,skillful use of empirical prescriptions,paying attention to external treatment,and paying attention to the processing of drug dosage,summarizing its relevant academic ideas for tumors,and providing ancient medical reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment of modern tumors.
