心速宁胶囊治疗痰热扰心型室早伴失眠临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察心速宁胶囊治疗痰热扰心型室早伴失眠的临床疗效。方法选取痰热扰心型室性早搏并伴有失眠症状的患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予常规西药加心速宁胶囊,对照组给予常规西药治疗。4周后对比室早数量、评价症状改善情况及失眠疗效。结果2组治疗室性早搏疗效比较,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者中医证候积分比较,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组睡眠质量指数评分比较,治疗后对照组睡眠质量指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心速宁胶囊是治疗痰热扰心型室性早搏的有效方剂,且能有效改善患者的失眠情况。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xinsuning capsule in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with insomnia of phlegm heat disturbing heart type.Methods A total of 80 patients with ventricular premature beats with insomnia of phlegm heat disturbing heart type were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given conventional western medicine and Xinsuning capsule.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.After 4 weeks,compare the number of ventricular premature beats,evaluate the improvement of symptoms and the curative effect of insomnia.Results The therapeutic effects of the two groups on ventricular premature beats were compared.The effective rate of the treatment group,which was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.The effective rate of the treatment group,which was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality index were compared between the two groups.After treatment,the score of sleep quality index in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinsuning capsule is an effective prescription for the treatment of ventricular premature beats of phlegm heat disturbing heart type,and can effectively improve the insomnia of patients.
