益气祛瘀涤痰汤治疗脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证临床观察

摘　　要：目的讨论益气祛瘀涤痰汤治疗脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证的临床疗效。方法将宝丰县中医院2019年6月—2020年6月收治的84例脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证患者随机分为对照组(常规治疗)与研究组(对照组基础上实施益气祛瘀涤痰汤治疗)各42例,观察2组疗效、NIHSS评分及ADL评分、血清检测指标。结果研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组NIHSS评分明显比对照组低,ADL评分明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组血浆纤维蛋白原、血清同型半胱氨酸明显比对照组低,部分凝血活酶时间明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上采取益气祛瘀涤痰汤治疗脑梗死康复期气虚血瘀痰浊证患者效果明显。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Yiqi Quyu Ditan decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis phlegm syndrome in the rehabilitation stage of cerebral infarction.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,84 patients with qi deficiency blood stasis phlegm syndrome in the rehabilitation stage of cerebral infarction in Baofeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment)and study group(Yiqi Quyu Ditan decoction treatment on the basis of control group),with 42 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,NIHSS score,ADL score and serum detection indexes of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma fibrinogen and serum homocysteine in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and partial thromboplastin time was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,Yiqi Quyu Ditan decoction has obvious effect on patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity syndrome in the rehabilitation period of cerebral infarction.
