摘　　要：欧阳卫权教授系广东省中医院皮肤科主任医师,先后师从中医大家李振华教授、李可教授和禤国维教授,长期致力于《伤寒杂病论》的研究,并在临证中积极运用中医六经辨证理论体系探索痤疮的中医治疗,提出痤疮中医治疗应先辨六经,再辨方证,方证须对应,“勿忘整体、兼顾局部”的治疗思路,在临床治疗中广泛应用且收效甚好。笔者撷取并整理欧阳卫权教授运用六经辨证治疗痤疮的学术思想和临证经验。Professor Ouyang Weiquan is the chief physician of dermatology department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He studied with Professor Li Zhenhua,Professor Li Ke and Professor Xuan Guowei,and Professor Ouyang Weiquan has studied Shanghan Lun and explored the theory of six-meridian differentiation in the treatment of acne.He proposed that the six-meridian should be distinguished firstly in clinical practice,and then the classic prescription should be differentiated.The classic prescription should be accorded with six-meridian differentiation,and remembered the holism completely.It is widely used in clinical treatment and achieves good results.The author collected and summarized the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Ouyang Weiquan in the treatment of acne with six-meridian syndrome differentiation.
