摘　　要：婴幼儿肛瘘的手术治疗存在术后伤口疼痛剧烈、肛门功能受损、换药配合度低等问题,因而保守治疗在临床上颇受青睐。尚锦秀教授认为婴幼儿肛瘘与其肺不足,胎毒未尽及生理局限有关,强调治疗时勿忘整体。根据多年临床经验,使用中医外治法中操作简单、安全性高、痛苦小的药物坐浴、外敷及纳肛等保守治疗方式为患儿及其家属减轻痛苦。现附导师保守治愈婴幼儿肛瘘病案1则以介绍其诊疗思路。The surgical treatment of infant anal fistula has problems such as severe wound pain after surgery,impaired anal function,and low dressing change cooperation,so conservative treatment is quite popular in clinical practice.Professor Shang Jinxiu believes that infantile anal fistula is related to their lung deficiency,fetal toxin and physiological limitations,and emphasizes that do not forget the whole when treating.According to many years of clinical experience,conservative treatment methods such as simple operation,high safety and low pain in the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine are used to relieve the pain of children and their families.Attached is a tutorial to conservatively cure infants and young children’s anal fistula for one case to introduce its diagnosis and treatment ideas.
