摘　　要：胆汁反流性胃炎是指由多种因素导致胆汁反流入胃,引发胃黏膜发生慢性炎症性的疾病。中医药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎可以改善其临床症状、提高其生活质量,减少复发。此文从胆汁反流性胃炎的中医病因、中医发病病机和治疗等方面综述胆汁反流性胃炎研究进展。认为本虚标实是该疾病的基本病因病机,治疗上多采用健脾益气,和胃降逆等方法,包括中医辨证治疗、方剂及针刺等。Bile reflux gastritis(BRG)is a chronic inflammatory disease of gastric mucosa caused by bile reflux into the stomach caused by a variety of factors.The treatment of BRG with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can improve its clinical symptoms,improve its quality of life and reduce its recurrence.This paper reviewed the research progress of TCM in treatment with BRG from several aspects such as TCM etiology,TCM pathogenesis and treatment.It was argued that the deficient root and excessive superficial for this disease and invigorating spleen and supplementing qi,qi-lowering and stomach-regulating and acupuncture are the main therapeutic method.
