局部应用胰岛素治疗非糖尿病患者3期压力性损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胰岛素局部治疗非糖尿病患者3期压力性损伤的临床疗效。方法便利抽样法选取2020年1月—2021年4月德阳市人民医院收治的3期压力性损伤患者66例,通过随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=33)和对照组(n=33),常规伤口处理基础上,对照组使用无菌生理盐水湿敷,试验组给予无菌生理盐水加胰岛素湿敷。观察2组21 d创面面积缩小率、21 d压疮创面愈合评分(PUSH)、创面愈合时间及治疗有效率。结果试验组患者21 d创面面积缩小率、治疗总有效率均高于对照组,创面愈合时间、PUSH评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素湿敷治疗非糖尿病患者3期压力性损伤疗效显著,可有效促进创面愈合,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of insulin in the treatment of stage 3 pressure injury in non-diabetic patients.Methods Convenience sampling,66 patients with stage 3 pressure injury in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as subjects,according to the random number table,the subjects were randomLy divided into experimental group(n=33)and control group(n=33).On the basis of routine debridement and antibacterial treatment,the control group was treated with sterile normal saline wet compress,and the experimental group was treated with sterile normal saline and insulin wet compress.The 21-d wound area reduction rate,wound healing time,21-d Pressure Ulcer Scale for Healing(PUSH)and treatment efficiency were were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the 21-d wound area reduction rate and effective rate of treatment in the experimental group after intervention were higher than those of the control group.The wound healing time and PUSH score were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin wet compress has a significant effect on the treatment of stage 3 pressure injuries in non-diabetic patients,which can effectively promote the wound healing speed of patients,thus improve the quality of life of patients.
