摘 要:随着医院服务质量不断提升和后勤社会化改革,由物业公司为医院提供后勤保障等方面的服务被越来越多的大型医院采用。由于医院物业管理社会化改革起步晚,成熟度不高,缺乏专业化和标准化,给医疗安全带来了一定隐患和风险。本文分析了医院物业外包形势下医疗质量与患者安全存在的隐患和风险并提出相应的对策,为提高管控水平提供一定的理论依据。With the increasing quality of hospital services and socialization reform of rear services,hospital rear services provided by the property company have been used by more and more large hospital.Due to the socialized reform of hospital property management started late as well as low maturity and lack of specialization and standardization,it has brought some potential hazards and risks to hospital safety.The potential hazards and risks of medical quality and patient safety under the situation of hospital property outsourcing was analyzed in this paper.It provides a theoretical basis for improving the management and control level of medical quality and patient safety under the situation of hospital property outsourcing.
