摘　　要：目的 评价主动脉球囊反搏(Intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation,IABP)联合经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)治疗急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)合并心源性休克(cardiogenic shock,CS)的疗效。方法 选取2018年6月—2019年12月期间于郑州颐和医院就诊并接受治疗的AMI合并CS患者为研究对象,共98例,其中行51例行PCI治疗,设置为参照组;另外47例于PCI术后联合应用IABP治疗,设置为试验组。对比两组患者各项检测指标及临床总有效率。结果 治疗后,试验组MAP、尿量高于参照组,CK-MB低于参照组,试验组治疗总有效率(91.49%)高于参照组(68.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IABP联合PCI治疗AMI合并CS效果优于单用PCI,具有推广使用价值。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation(IABP) combined with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) with cardiogenic shock(CS). Methods A total of 98 patients with AMI and CS who received treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 51 patients underwent PCI and were set as the reference group. In addition, 47 patients were treated with IABP after PCI and set as the experimental group. The two groups of patients were compared in terms of various test indicators and clinical total effective rate. Results after treatment, MAP and urine volume of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, CK-MB was lower than that of the reference group, and the total effective rate of the experimental group(91.49%) was higher than that of the reference group(68.63%), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion IABP combined with PCI is better than PCI alone in the treatment of AMI combined with CS.
