摘 要:目的:设计一款新型的抓握辅具,以帮助脑瘫儿童在日常生活中获得所需的抓握技巧。方法:根据手的生理解剖特点,结合磁铁异性相吸的原理,设计了一款拥有代偿和治疗功能的抓握辅具并将本设计应用于临床个案中。运用作业治疗的实践模式与框架,评估分析个案存在的上肢功能障碍,在实施治疗方案时适当使用本抓握辅具。结果:设计的抓握辅具可以帮助患儿实现抗重力抓握以及辅助抓握的功能,在日常生活活动、工作/学习、休闲娱乐领域上的表现均有不同程度的提高。结论:使用本抓握辅具能较好地处理功能状况与作业表现之间的差距问题。在未来,本抓握辅具或也可推广应用于其他存在抓握功能障碍的人群中。Objective:Design a new grasping assistive device to help the child with cerebral palsy to acquire the grip skills needed in daily life.Methods:Based on the physiological anatomy of the hand,the author designed a grasping assistive device with compensatory and therapeutic functions using the properties of the magnets and applied this design to a clinical case.Using an occupational therapy practice model and framework,the upper extremity dysfunction of the case was assessed and analyzed,in the meantime the grasping assistive were used appropriately in the implementation of the treatment program.Results:The grasping aids are designed to help the child achieve a gravity-resistant grip as well as assisted grip,with varying degrees of improvement in activities of daily living,work/study,and leisure areas.Conclusion:the gap between functional status and occupational performances were well addressed by using the grasping assistive.In the future,the grasping assistive may be extended to other people with grasp dysfunctions.
