摘 要:本文介绍了一种反射相控式大功率射频开关的工作原理,这种射频开关不但可以实现主备发射机与天馈线和调机负载之间的切换,还可以实现主备发射机的合成发射,而且所有的切换方式都允许在带功率情况下完成,即系统允许热切换,而无需主备发射机停机。文章还介绍了这种射频开关的几种典型应用。This paper introduces the working principle of a reflective phase-control high-power radio RF switch. This RF switch can not only realize the switching between the main and standby transmitters and the antenna feeder and the dummy load, but also realize the power combination and transmission of the main and standby transmitters. Moreover, all switching modes are allowed to be completed with power, that is, the system allows hot switching without stopping the main and standby transmitters. Several typical applications of this kind of RF switch are also introduced.
