摘 要:基于现有最先进的检测技术对某中波桅杆进行全方位检测,通过理论与试验相结合的方式将钢材材质转化为Q235进行后续分析,采用3D3S模型对该桅杆进行结构受力分析后发现:桅杆主体钢构件的最大应力比为0.996;主体最大位移为2157.3mm,远超规范要求;而螺栓和铆钉都有较大的安全冗余度。此次检测分析可为该桅杆后续加固维护提供有效建议,同时也可为此类中波桅杆综合检测及安全性评估提供参考。Based on the most advanced detection technology available, a medium wave mast is tested in an all-round way. Through the combination of theory and test, the steel material is transformed into Q235 for subsequent analysis. After the structural stress analysis of the mast is carried out by using 3D3S model, it is found that the maximum stress ratio of the main steel member of the mast is 0.996, and the maximum displacement of the main body is 2157.3mm, far exceeding the specification requirements. However, bolts and rivets have greater safety redundancy. This inspection and analysis can provide effective suggestions for the subsequent reinforcement and maintenance of the mast, and also provide reference for the comprehensive inspection and safety evaluation of this kind of such medium wave mast.
