摘 要:采用湿法混炼技术研究了不同GO含量对GO/Silica/NR复合材料的硫化特性、微观形貌、机械性能以及动态黏弹性能的变化。结果表明:GO的加入对橡胶的各方面性能起到了积极的改善作用,当GO为3 phr时,所制备的GO/Silica/NR复合材料各方面综合性能达到了不错的效果,与未加入GO相比,GO/Silica/NR复合材料的撕裂强度和拉伸强度分别提高24.81%和17.62%。同时,橡胶的魔鬼三角关系也得到了很大改善。The changes of vulcanization characteristics,microstructure,mechanical properties and dynamic viscoelastic properties of GO/Silica/NR composites with different GO contents were investigated by wet mixing technology.The results show that the addition of GO has a positive effect on improving the properties of rubber in all aspects.When the GO is 3phr,the comprehensive properties of the prepared GO/Silica/NR composites have achieved good results,which are comparable to those without the addition of GO.The tear strength and tensile strength of the GO/Silica/NR composite were increased by 24.81%and 17.62%,respectively.At the same time,the devil’s triangle relationship of rubber has also been greatly improved.
