摘　　要：酶制剂属于生物制品,具有较好的催化效果,其主要作用就是强化动物生产性能、日粮消化速度。全球目前已有3 000余种酶类,其中用于工业生产的约为60余种,然而真正大规模投入生产的只有20多种。目前,全球的酶制剂市场以平均11%的速度逐年增长,可见其前景十分广阔。酶制剂的广泛应用促进了各行业的不断发展,然而目前部分行业在酶制剂应用方面存在一定的问题,文章就工业酶制剂实际发展情况及其在纺织、清洁剂、医药、食品、饲料、化学等主要领域的应用现状展开深入分析。Enzymes have high catalytic effect and are widely used in papermaking, medicine, feed, textile, food and other fields.Enzymes are biological products, whose main role is to strengthen animal production performance and the digestion speed of diet. At present, there are more than 3000 kinds of enzymes in the world, of which about 60 are used for industrial production. However, only20 are really put into large-scale production. According to relevant statistics, the annual growth rate of the global enzyme preparation market is as high as 11%, which shows that its prospects are very broad. With the wide application of enzyme preparation, it has promoted the continuous development of various industries. However, there are still some problems in the application of enzyme preparation in some industries in China. This paper conducts in-depth analysis and exploration on the actual development and application status of industrial enzyme preparation.
