摘  要:COD是可以判断出水受污染程度的指标,是呈现水体中含有多少还原物质的标准。水中含有的COD越高,就代表着水受污染的程度越严重,这不仅会对水中的生物造成危害,而且会腐蚀周边植被、破坏周围土壤,被污染的水中的生物会通过食物链进入人体,对人的健康产生威胁,引起“滴滴涕”等慢性中毒,破坏脑部神经及肝脏功能,甚至影响生殖或引发癌症,可见对污水COD超标进行及时检测和处理对保障居民健康和环境保护至关重要。文章从造成污水COD超标的因素出发,探讨了污水COD超标的控制措施和步骤。COD is an indicator that can judge the degree of pollution in the effluent and a standard for the amount of reducing substances contained in the present water. The higher the COD in the water, the more serious the pollution degree will be, which will not only cause harm to the organisms in the water, but also corrode the surrounding vegetation and destroy the surrounding soil.What’s more, these organisms in the polluted water will enter the human body through the food chain, posing a threat to human health, causing some chronic poisoning such as "DDT", damaging the function of brain nerves and liver, and even affecting reproduction or causing cancer. Timely detection and reasonable treatment of COD in the sewage are essential to protect the health of residents and environmental protection. This paper discusses the control measures and steps of wastewater COD exceeding the standard from the factors that cause wastewater COD exceeding the standard.
