摘 要:本文介绍了基于浙江省级融媒体技术平台构建的“无人电台”技术系统建设实施情况。该项目充分利用省级融媒体技术平台,将平台的云计算、云存储等云服务能力与大数据、AI技术等有机结合,并依托浙江广电的优质媒体资源,低成本快速构建起三个广播频率的“无人电台”技术系统。该系统能在台内“无人”操作的状态下,实现AI虚拟主持人对新闻、天气、路况等资讯的实时播报,以及外台节目转播、云媒资或本地节目播出等24小时电台节目自动播出,可全面提升广播业务的效率与能力。This paper introduces the construction and implementation of the “unmanned radio station” technology system based on Zhejiang provincial convergence media technology platform. The project makes full use of the provincial convergence media technology platform, organically combines the platform’s cloud computing, cloud storage, cloud services capacity, large data, and AI technology, etc., and relies on high-quality of Zhejiang radio and television media resources to quickly build a low-cost “unmanned radio station” technology system for three radio frequencies. The system can realize real-time broadcasting of news, weather, road conditions and other information by AI virtual hosts under the condition of “unmanned” operation in the station, and automatic broadcasting of 24-hour radio programs such as relay of foreign stations, cloud media assets or local programs broadcast, so as to comprehensively improve the efficiency and capability of broadcasting business.
