摘　　要：本文阐述了某市级广播电视台首辆全IP 4K超高清转播车的方案设计、系统架构、设备选型以及建设实践。系统采用SDN的设计理念,全面实现视频、音频、同步、通话、控制等系统的IP化,达到国内领先水平,可为城市台建设全IP架构的超高清转播车提供参考案例。This paper expounds the scheme design, system architecture, equipment selection and construction practice of the first all-IP 4K UHD rebroadcast vehicle of a municipal radio and television station. The system adopts the design concept of SDN, and fully realizes the IP of video, audio,synchronization, call, control and other systems, reaching the leading level in China, which can provide a reference case for the city station to build an allIP architecture UHD relay vehicle.
