摘　　要：本文从基础云平台、视音频融合服务平台、智慧广电应用平台等三方面介绍了有线全IP化平台整体设计思路,可为高清内容整合、个性化用户服务提供强有力的平台支撑。This paper describes the overall design idea of Taiyuan CATV All-IP platform from three aspects:the basic cloud platform,the video and audio integration service platform,and smart radio and television application platform.This project will bring a very strong platform support for high-definition content integration and personalized user services.
