摘  要:现存的大部分电子管短波发射机在热备状态时灯丝处在与满功率状态下同样的电流水平,且这个电流非常大。本文设计了一种改进方案,通过改变继电控制逻辑,让处于备机状态的电子管灯丝工作在低电流水平,既节约了能源,也延长了电子管使用寿命,节约了经费开支。因电子管灯丝低电流水平下发光很弱,但又非完全关断,故名“黑灯丝”。Most of the existing electron tube shortwave transmitters have the same current level in the hot standby state as the full power state, and the current is very high. In this paper, an improved scheme is designed. By changing the relay control logic, the electronic tube filament in the standby state can work at a low current level, which not only saves energy, but also extends the service life of the electronic tube, and saves money. The light emission of the electronic tube filament is very weak at the low current level, but it is not completely off, so it is named “black filament”.
