摘 要:骨关节炎(OA)是多种发病机制共同作用的整体关节疾病,涉及关节软骨及软骨下骨等多个部位,最终可导致伴有疼痛的关节功能衰竭和残疾。该病的发生发展与关节软骨及骨软骨交界区生化结构改变密切相关。功能MRI能够在关节组织结构发生形态学变化前无创、定量地评估软骨及软骨下骨质成分变化,对OA的诊断、治疗及预后评估具有重要意义。就功能MRI在OA中的研究进展予以综述。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a joint disease with a multifactorial pathogenesis that affects the entire joint,including the cartilage,subchondral bone,and other structures.OA ultimately leads to joint failure with pain and disability.The onset and progression of OA are closely related to biochemical structural changes of articular cartilage and osteochondral junction.Functional MRI can non-invasively and quantitatively evaluate the changes of cartilage and subchondral bone matrix composition before any morphological alterations are visible in the tissue structure.This technique is of great significance in the treatment,assessment and prognosis evaluation of OA.This article reviews the recent research advances of functional MRI for OA.
