摘 要:水力旋流分离设备具有结构简单、分离效率高等优点,广泛应用于油水分离领域。在现场大处理量条件下,容器式多管水力旋流分离系统存在流场分布不均、分离效率达不到预期的现象。因此在综述轴向水力旋流器工作原理及设计准则的基础上,针对容器式多管结构设计了2种不同的排布方式,利用计算流体力学软件进行全尺寸流场模拟,并分析了该分离系统的流量及压力分配特性。结果表明:在相同处理量下,多管的排布方式对容器式多管水力旋流分离系统的流量分配特性有一定影响,在均布式和三角式2种排布方式下,远离旋流分离系统总入口的旋流管中的流量普遍高于总入口附近旋流管中的流量。在保证罐状外壳的前提下,三角式系统在流量分配和低能耗等方面优于均布式系统,且有效地提高了容器内空间的利用率,为自主研发高效、紧凑的水力旋流分离系统奠定了基础。Hydrocyclone separation equipment is widely used in oil-water separation field because of its simple structure and high separation efficiency.In view of the smaller size and higher separation performance of cyclone separation equipment,the cyclone multi-pipe parallel connection is adopted in engineering.However,under the condition of large on-site processing capacity,unreasonable arrangement of the cyclone tube can lead to non-uniform distribution of flow and pressure drop among each single tube.That will cause shortages of independent swirl intensity,and ultimately affect the overall performance of cyclone separation system,making it difficult to achieve the desired effect.For in-depth understanding of the influence of different arrangement modes on flow field distribution features,the full-size flow field simulation is carried out by using computational fluid dynamics software,and the pressure and flow distribution characteristics of the multi-tube hydrocyclone separation system are analyzed.Results show that under the same processing,the arrangement of the multiple tube have effects on the flow distribution characteristics.In two kinds of arrangement,the uniform type and the triangle type,the flow in the cyclone tube away from the system entry is generally higher than that of the cyclone tube near the system entry.In the container of tank shell,the triangular arrangement designed in this paper is better than the uniform one in terms of even flow distribution and low energy consumption.Moreover,the triangular arrangement can effectively improve the utilization of space in the container.The research lays a foundation for independent research and development of efficient and compact hydrocyclone separation system.
