摘 要:制冷涡轮作为动力涡轮驱动的逆升压空气循环制冷系统(TTC)的核心部件,其气动性能对整机的制冷效果有重要影响。采用数值模拟结合试验方法对匹配后的制冷涡轮进行气动特性研究发现,流体的膨胀过程主要发生在喷嘴通道和叶轮通道进口段。制冷涡轮在设计工况下能很好地满足工作要求,整个流道内流动良好。同时,通过试验对数值模拟的可靠性进行验证,在不同入口条件下通入空气开展试验,通过测量试验模型进出口温度和压力,将其作为数值模拟的边界条件进行数值模拟,并对拟合试验和数值模拟的进出口温降进行分析,结果发现试验值和模拟值的发展趋势一致。As the core component of powered turbine-driven reverse boost air circulation refrigeration system(TTC),its aerodynamic performance has an important influence on the cooling effect of the whole machine.The aerodynamic characteristics of the matched refrigeration turbine were studied by numerical simulation combined with an experimental method.It was shown that the expansion process of the fluid mainly occurred in the nozzle passage and the inlet section of the impeller passage.The refrigeration turbine can well meet the working requirements under the design condition,and the flow in the whole flow passage is good.At the same time,a test is carried out to validate the reliability of numerical simulation under different conditions of entry pass into the air.The import and export temperature and pressure of the test model are measured,which are also adopted as the boundary conditions of numerical simulation.By analyzing the temperature drop of import and exportin both the fitting test and numerical simulation,it is found out that the development trend of test value is in line with that of analog value.
