摘 要:磁悬浮列车是一种快速的轨道交通方式,因其车下为悬浮架结构,故采用液压制动系统设计方案。液压制动与空气制动相比,集成度高,功率重量比大,响应速度快。本文介绍了中低速磁浮列车液压制动系统的研制方案,详述了制动系统实现的功能和性能。制动系统结构组成包括电子制动控制单元、液压单元、基础制动装置等。相比于传统的比例阀制动力控制原理,本方案采用基于高速开关阀的制动力控制原理,高速开关阀具有响应速度快、流量大的优点。制动力控制算法采用积分复合大脉宽激励的方式,缩短了制动空走时间,减小了制动距离。本方案的液压制动系统已经在多个磁浮车型中成功运用,并通过了各项地面试验及装车试验考核。As a fast rail transit mode,the maglev train adopts the hydraulic brake system design scheme because of the suspension frame structure under the car.Compared with air braking,hydraulic braking has high integration,large power-to-weight ratio and fast response speed.Compared with air brake,hydraulic brake has the advantages of high integration,high power weight ratio and fast response.This paper presents the development of the hydraulic brake system for low and medium speed maglev trains,and details the functions and performance of the brake system.The brake system structure consists of an electronic brake control unit,a hydraulic unit,and a basic braking device.Compared with the traditional proportional valve braking force control principle,this scheme adopts the braking force control principle based on high-speed switching valve,which has the advantages of fast response speed and large flow.The braking force control algorithm adopts the integral compound large pulse width excitation,which shortens the braking time and reduces the braking distance.The hydraulic braking system of this scheme has been successfully used in several maglev models and passed various ground tests and loading test assessments.
