摘　　要：综述了国外Mark V公铁两用车保有及运用概况,重点阐述了其结构及主要参数,研究了公铁两用车的运输组织,对比了与我国常规铁路货车的差异,分析了在我国应用的可行性,并提出技术发展参考建议。研究表明,公铁两用车运输组织方式主要采用点对点循环运输方式,适合600 km以上的货物运输;列车的编组作业灵活,公路与铁路模式的转换高效便捷;与我国常用货车相比,公铁两用车的铁路制动系统的原理和结构组成大体一致,车辆与车辆、车体与转向架的连接方式有较大不同;公铁两用车在我国应用具有建设成本低、运用灵活方便、市场适应性强、运输效率高等优势,可实现门到门运输,综合物流成本经济实惠。同时,还需在我国相关标准的符合性、公铁两用车的维修保养标准制定方面进一步研究,逐步转化为适应我国运输环境、运输需求的新型公铁两用车,我国发展新型公铁两用车将有巨大前景。This paper summarizes the general situation of the possession and application of Mark V road and rail vehicles in foreign countries,focuses on its structure and main parameters,studies the transport organization of road and rail vehicles,compares the differences with conventional railway freight vehicles in China,and analyzes the characteristics of road and rail vehicles in my country,and puts forward technical reference suggestions.The research shows that the transportation organization mode of road-rail vehicles mainly adopts point-to-point circular transportation mode,which is suitable for more than 600 km of cargo transportation.The train marshalling operation is flexible,and the conversion of highway and railway modes is efficient and convenient.Compared with the commonly used freight cars in China,the principle and structure of the railway braking system of the road-rail vehicle are basically the same,and the connection modes between the vehicle and the vehicle,the body and the bogie are quite different.The application of road-rail vehicles in China has the advantages of low construction cost,flexible and convenient use,strong market adaptability,and high transportation efficiency.It can realize door-to-door transportation and comprehensive logistics costs.At the same time,it is necessary to further study the compliance of relevant standards in China and the formulation of maintenance standards for road-rail vehicles,and gradually transform them into new road-rail vehicles that adapt to China’s transportation environment and transportation needs.The development of new road-rail vehicles in China will have great prospects.
