摘 要:离心式通风机是纺织行业气流染色机的关键部件之一,其性能决定气流染色机产品的性能和染色质量,也是主要的耗能部件。本文对四种不同蜗壳结构的气流染色机用离心风机进行了详细的数值研究,研究不同蜗壳壁面型线、蜗壳高度h和叶轮轮盘外侧面与蜗壳内壁面之间的间距S等几何结构参数对离心风机性能的影响。研究结果表明:当蜗壳壁面型线为对数螺线时,合理增大蜗壳高度h和叶轮轮盘外侧面与蜗壳内壁面之间的间距S,可有效提升通风机性能。Centrifugal fan is one of the key components of air flow dyeing machine in textile industry.Its performance determines the performance and dyeing quality of air flow dyeing machine,and is also the main energy consuming component of air flow dyeing machine.In this paper,a detailed numerical study was carried out on the centrifugal fan for air flow dyeing machine with four different volute structures,and the effects of different volute wall profile,volute height h,and the spacing S between the outer side of the impeller disk and the inner wall of the volute on the performance of the centrifugal fan were studied.The results show that when the volute wall profile is logarithmic spiral,the performance of the fan can be effectively improved by reasonably increasing the volute height h and the distance s between the outer surface of the impeller disk and the inner surface of the volute.
