摘  要:水钢现使用1^(#)1/3焦煤岩相报告含肥煤比例为80%以上,最大反射率平均值为1.1左右,其分类应为热强度较高的肥煤。现行生产配合煤G值存在富余2%,可以根据当期炼焦煤进厂价格调整配合煤配比,在保证焦炭冷强度、热强度的前提下,增加G值较低且价格低的瘦煤或瘦主焦煤,以达到优化配煤结构的目的。At present,Shuigang uses 1^(#)1/3 coking coal petrography to report that the ratio of rich coal is more than 80%,and the average of maximum reflectivity is 1.1,which is classified as rich coal with high thermal strength.There is a surplus of 2%in the G value of the current production blended coal.The blended coal ratio can be adjusted according to the incoming price of coking coal in the current period.On the premise of ensuring the cold strength and thermal strength of coke,add lean coal or lean coking coal with low G value and low price to optimize the coal blending structure.
